Try Me is a medium-dark, reddish copper with warm undertones and a metallic sheen. The consistency was smooth, lightly creamy, and more emollient--felt like it had more silicone in it--and did apply most opaque when I used a fingertip or a dampened brush to apply (the former was as the brand stated for "intense" coverage). The upside was that using a dry brush was workable, as it yielded semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation but required more pressing and gentle pushing onto the lid due to the slip. It lasted well for eight and a half hours on me before fading a bit.
