Just a Kiss gives an effect of a sparkling, golden peach sheen on the skin and seemed to have a transparent base. This shade was designed with a "sheer base" and to be used as a layering shade or to brighten/illuminate, which was accurate--it was sheer and did not add any underlying color to the skin, just lots of sparkle. It could be built up with a dampened brush or fingertip to get more medium coverage and intense sparkle as well. The eyeshadow applied fairly well to bare skin without much fallout during application, but there was some fallout over the eight hours it stayed on well for.
