Frappe has a light-medium peach base with moderate, warm undertones and a glittering, metallic finish. It had good color coverage in a single layer but had to be built up to get to full coverage. The micro-glitter seemed to separate from the base shade a bit, so it didn't have a uniform distribution when applied to my skin. The consistency was denser, a little too firmly-pressed into the pan, so it needed a heavier hand to jab gently at the surface to dislodge product. It stayed on well for eight hours with light fallout over time.
This shade includes plastic glitter, which the FDA confirmed is not approved for cosmetic use and some brands include a warning that shades containing this ingredient are not intended for the "eye area." In contrast, EU's CosIng database allows for the use of plastic glitter in cosmetics without any restrictions that I've been able to find.
