Pied de Poule #3 is a medium-dark black with a matte finish. It had semi-sheer pigmentation, and the texture was a bit dry, a little powdery--not really stiff, just thin and dry. On me, there was slight fading after seven and a half hours of wear. As it is a more basic shade, it is similar to a lot of other black eyeshadows with little difference (mostly pigmentation with respect to this particular shade) -- see comparison swatches / view dupes.
