Atlantique #3 is a navy blue with fine, navy blue shimmer. The texture was soft but quite powdery, and the resulting color payoff was dismal--semi-sheer at best. It applied unevenly, and it was difficult to blend out on the lid. It managed to stay on for almost seven hours, though, but getting it to look half-decent was a challenge. MAC Indigo Blend #2 (LE) is darker. Makeup Geek Nautica (P, $5.99) is more shimmery. Chanel Metamorphose (44) #4 (LE) is darker, brighter.
