ColourPop Quarters Super Shock Cheek ($8.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a medium-dark copper with warm, red-orange undertones and faint, golden pearl. It had buildable pigmentation from semi-sheer (when used with a stippling brush) to mostly opaque coverage (when applied with fingertips), which was as marketed. I tend to like using fingertips as they're quick and easy, and I use the pad of my index finger to pick up and pat on color, then use the side of my index finger (with no product on it) to spread and diffuse the edges to my liking. The consistency was smooth and velvety to the touch, clay-like as it indented with pressure but never felt wet. It applied evenly and stayed on well for 10 hours without fading on me.
P.S. -- With the new-for-spring shades, ColourPop also sent samples of other shades from the permanent range, which I originally reviewed in 2015. I'm re-reviewing as four years is a good stretch of time, and I also wanted to have updated, higher-quality photos/swatches into the database! :)

Fingertips will provide the highest amount of coverage. Brush suggestions: Use a flat synthetic cheek/ foundation brush or a short duo fiber brush; flat synthetic brush will give more coverage and the duo fiber brush will give a more sheer, air brushed effect.
