ColourPop Pegasus City is a very cool-toned, light blue with a semi-matte finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.

Pegasus City is a bright, cornflower blue with strong, cool undertones and flecks of silver sparkle over a matte finish. The sparkles didn't translate much to the lid, and there was light fallout during application of both sparkles and some of the actual blue powder as it had a fairly powdery texture. It had mostly opaque pigmentation that sheered out somewhat, so I'd use it over an eyeshadow primer to give it better hold. It wore well for seven hours before fading noticeably.
