Moonlite
ColourPop Pressed Powder Shadow
ColourPop Moonlite is a very cool-toned, light blue with a matte finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in these palettes: Blue Moon, and She's a Rainbow.

Moonlite is a bright, sky blue with cool undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that was buildable, and the impressive part was that it wasn't prone to sheering out. I did have some fallout, so I found it easier to apply this shade first if I was using it higher up on my eye area (e.g. above the crease) to avoid it lightening anything below it (that I didn't want lighter!). The consistency was soft, velvety, and lightly powdery, so take care to use a lighter hand to avoid excess product getting kicked up. The wear clocked in at eight hours before it started to fade more noticeably on me.
