Fly High is a rich, deeper navy blue with cool undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had opaque color payoff paired with a slightly thinner texture that was on the drier side, but it wasn't prone to fallout and didn't take too much additional effort to diffuse. It stayed on well for eight hours before fading visibly.
