Finished is a bright, very light blue with a strong, white base and a matte finish. It had good pigmentation but was prone to sheering out due to the dustier, slightly chalky texture, though it applied better than a lot of pale, pastel shades have for me--and it was harder to dupe as so few brands make these ultra-light blues. It stayed on well for seven and a half hours on me.
