ColourPop Fine China is a very cool-toned, medium blue with a matte finish. It is an eyeshadow that is permanent in these palettes: Blue Moon, and She's a Rainbow.

Fine China is a medium blue with moderate, cool undertones and a matte finish. The pigmentation was fantastic, while the eyeshadow had a smooth, velvety texture that was easy to pick up and to apply to bare skin. It adhered evenly and blended out without issue. This shade lasted well for just over eight hours on me before I noticed fading.
