Glaminatrix Coast Matte Pressed Pigment ($7.30 for 0.07 oz.) is a bright, cyan blue with strong, cool undertones and a mostly matte finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage that was easily built up to full coverage with less than a second layer. The consistency was soft, smooth, and velvety but quite powdery in the pan. I was surprised it had little fallout when I actually worked with it on my eye, though. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
