Dutch Process is a medium-dark brown with warm, reddish undertones and a mostly matte finish. There were some sparkles strewn throughout, but they did not translate much on my lid and the few that did had a tendency to blend off of the base color. The consistency was soft, velvety, and blendable overall, though. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.
