ColourPop Dial Up is a slightly cool-toned, very light white with a sparkle finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.
Dial Up is a pale white with a blue-green duochrome shift that gave it a frosted finish. The texture was slightly drier and more loosely-pressed, which resulted in sheerer coverage and light fallout during application. I'd recommend using it with a fingertip or a dampened brush to help it apply better. It had semi-opaque coverage that faded visibly after seven hours of wear.
