Sydney Grace Floating Lights Loose Pigment ($6.00 for 0.14 oz.) has more of a translucent base chocked full of larger-sized sparkle that shifted from pale gold to cool pink. It had greater intensity applied damp, but it was chunky/sparkly enough that it would be best paired with an adhesive base and really packed into place for coverage and hold.
- Medium to semi-opaque, buildable coverage
- Chunkier texture, hard to dispense from product opening
- Had to be really pushed/swirled in the lid to "crush" the product together
- Best applied over a tacky base with a fingertip or a dampened brush
- Long-wearing (8.5 hours)

These are sold as loose pigment eye shadows. These will be best if used wet with a fixing spray, eye drops or water. Glitter glue will also help them to adhere better to the skin. These do apply dry to the skin but they won't have the intensity or sticking power like they do once they are wet.
