ColourPop Clear Skies is a slightly cool-toned, very light blue with a metallic finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow that retails for $4.50 and contains 0.05 oz.
Clear Skies is a light blue with subtle, cool undertones and warmer, pale gold shimmer. The color payoff was nearly opaque in a single layer, but it was opaque when applied with a fingertip. The texture was moderately dense, slightly thicker, which made it harder to apply evenly without the added pressure and warmth of a fingertip. It stayed on decently for eight hours before fading visibly.
