ColourPop We're Off Matte Colour Stix ($6.00 for 0.019 oz.) is a brighter, medium aqua with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had medium pigmentation in one layer, which applied somewhat evenly, but the texture was a little chalky, which made it more prone to patchiness and made it less blendable. It stayed on decently for six and a half hours on me.
