Cougar is described as a "bright pinky-red [with a matte finish]." It's a bold, brightened, medium-dark fuchsia-red with cool, pink undertones and a mostly matte finish. It was richly pigmented with just enough slip that it didn't tug much at lips and didn't catch on the lips' imperfections.
