ColourPop Payasa Lip Duo ($14.00 for 0.15 oz.) contains a matte, liquid lipstick and matching lip pencil. The two performed similarly, so unfortunately, the liner didn't entirely solve the liquid lipstick's problems when the two were used together.
Both had good coverage, but not opaque in one layer, and they did not apply as evenly as they should have. The two together were better than either alone, but I'd opt for a better lip pencil (something creamier and with better application for all-over, as that is what would be needed to improve the application of the liquid lipstick) underneath. The products are only being sold as set as far as I could tell!
