ColourPop I am Beautiful Lip Duo ($11.00 for 0.155 oz.) includes a medium-dark burgundy in lipstick and lip pencil form with the lipstick having more of a cream-like finish and the pencil having a matte finish. The pencil was so-so; it worked decently as a liner along the edges of the lips to get a more precise edge and/or prevent feathering.
It didn't work well all-over, so it couldn't be used to even out the natural color of the lips or to improve longevity of the lipstick. The lipstick was pigmented, long-wearing, and comfortable to wear, which made it consistent with the Lux Lipstick formula.
