ColourPop Avatar: The Last Airbender Eyeliner Reviews & Swatches
Blown Away
ColourPop Blown Away Crème Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a very pale pink with warmer undertones and a metallic finish. It had semi-opaque color coverage that was somewhat buildable. The texture was lightweight, creamy without being too emollient, and glided comfortably across my lash line. It wore well for seven and a half hours before thinning visibly.

The updated formula is supposed to have "18-hour" wear that is waterproof and be "super pigmented" for both the lash line as well as the waterline. The brand stated that the formula will set "after around 10 seconds." Many shades had semi-opaque to opaque, buildable coverage, but some shades had uneven, sheerer coverage that did not layer well, so they were more challenging to apply and to use.
The majority of shades were creamy enough to glide across the lash line without tugging or pulling, though a few shades were stiffer, more prone to breaking or dragging.
The formula seemed water-resistant based on testing with water, but the wear was more like 10 to 13 hours (depending on the shade) rather than 18 hours of solid wear. A lot of the shimmer shades lasted four to six hours on the waterline, while more matte shades tended to last five to seven hours on my waterline. These are long-wearing times for a pencil eyeliner, generally, but they are a fair bit short of the 18-hours claimed so a lot of shades rated lower than they might seem if you aren't a stickler for 18-hour wear!

Making Waves
ColourPop Making Waves Crème Gel Liner ($5.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a bright, periwinkle blue with strong, cool undertones and a slightly sparkly finish. It had more medium pigmentation in one stroke, though I was able to build up the coverage without it becoming uneven, which has often been an issue I’ve encountered with this formula. This shade stayed on well for seven and a half hours before fading visibly.

Aww was hoping the Blue liner- Making Waves was a good one. The color is really pretty. Too bad it didn’t apply evenly. I ordered this pencil along with a face serum during the Ulta 21 days sale. ColourPop’s blue liner Prancer is one of my favorites.
These look nice – some of them better than others. Groundbreaker is my favourite – beautiful rich shade.
So, it would seem that ColourPop FINALLY made an eyeliner set where I actually love every single shade, and the quality is solid, too. Making Waves makes me feel like this is your SG X Temptalia Glossover eyeshadow in a liner!
It is a nice packing design in terms of context of the product.
Kinda want all of them except the blue. Pencils have replaced foundation and then blush as my makeup obsession. I’m gutted about a favourite Zoeva down to the quick from a vault I purchased so many years ago.
