Frill (Creme Gel Liner) is described as a "soft icy lavender." It's a muted, light-medium lavender with cool undertones and faint shimmer. It had semi-opaque pigmentation in one stroke, which was buildable to opaque coverage in two layers. The consistency was creamy enough to glide without tugging, but it didn't migrate, and it's not what I'd call smudgeable (which is often great news for longevity, but some may prefer a more smudging formula). It wore well for eight and a half hours on me. It's a pretty unique color, which is a plus! Marc Jacobs Beauty (Luna)tic (64) (P, $26.00) is more shimmery, darker, more muted (90% similar). Sephora Lavender Fields (P, $10.00) is more shimmery, less pigmented (85% similar). See comparison swatches / view dupes side-by-side.

Creamy application makes blending super easy, and the formula dries down for long-lasting wear! Because the liner is so creamy, do not over advance your liner to prevent breakage. For blending and smoky looks, use a pencil brush. Smooth glide for easy and comfortable waterline application.
