ColourPop Coast is Clear 9-Pan Shadow Palette (Plastic) ($12.00 for 0.28 oz.) is a mix of finishes and some difference in depth. There are two new finishes--Satin Pearl and Sheer Sparkle--along with a Super Shock Shadow (the tie-dye effect shade in the middle) along with shimmers and mattes. The quality was less consistent than I've come to expect from the brand, though by no means a dud.
