ColourPop Lil' Ray of Sunshine 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($14.00 for 0.36 oz.) is a new, all-matte eyeshadow palette that revolves around warmer, yellow-leaning neutrals (and plenty of plain ol' yellow, too!). I only found one shade to be so-so (Sun's Out), but the other eight were nearly opaque to opaque in coverage, blendable, and long-wearing without any pesky micro-sparkle!
