Blissed Out is a muted, mustard yellow with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had excellent pigmentation with a soft, velvety texture that was a touch powdery in the pan but wasn't prone to fallout or sheering out too readily on my lid. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.
