Quartz is a bright, medium berry with subtle, cool undertones and a matte finish. The eyeshadow had opaque pigmentation in a single layer that adhered evenly and smoothly to bare skin. The texture was soft, velvety, and finely-milled without being powdery on my lid, though it soft enough that I would recommend using a lighter hand with it to avoid excess product kicked up in the pan. It wore well for eight hours on me before fading slightly.
