China Glaze Manhunt Nail Lacquer ($7.00 MSRP for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a "bold cobalt blue." It's a rich, bold cobalt blue. It has more of a jelly finish from what I can tell, as it's not quite a cream, but perhaps not a full-on jelly finish either. Though very shimmery in finish, Zoya Song is similar in boldness and overall blue hue. China Glaze Ride the Waves is much lighter (and sheerer). Illamasqua Force is similar but a little more muted. Butter London Blagger is more true blue than cobalt.
