It's a rich, medium-dark blue with very fine, metallic bluish-teal shimmer and a slightly shiny finish. It was fully opaque in two coats, but it was nearly opaque in just one, so it was quite pigmented. The formula applied evenly and smoothly, and though it seemed rather metallic, I didn't have issues with brush strokes. The consistency wasn't too thick or too thin. NARS Night Flight (LE, $19.00) is much darker, while China Glaze Manhunt (LE, $8.00) is brighter and a cream. China Glaze Blue Bells (LE, $8.00) is brighter and lighter.
