Charlotte Tilbury So 90s Matte Revolution Lipstick ($32.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark reddish-brown with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque color payoff that applied with smooth, even color without tugging on the lips. I wouldn't describe the payoff as buildable; it is as it applies initially, perhaps a little can be built up, but there's not much to go from where it starts. The color wore well for five hours and was neither drying nor hydrating.
