Chanel Corail Alternatif (85) Rouge Allure Laque (2020) ($40.00 for 0.18 oz.) is a bright, coral-red with warm undertones and a soft sheen. It had rich color payoff in a single stroke, which applied evenly across my lips and didn't emphasize my lip lines or catch around texture. The consistency was lightweight, more balm-like and thin when initially being applied, but it dried down to a more transfer-resistant finish with light tackiness but no slip. It wore well for seven hours and was hydrating over time (though the brand claimed 12!! hours).
