Chanel Ambiguite (834) Rouge Allure Ink Fusion Matte Liquid Lip Colour ($38.00 for 0.20 oz.) is a muted, medium reddish-brown with moderate, warm undertones and a flat, matte finish. It had a thin, more watery consistency that felt like it was going to go everywhere--it really felt like water when applied--and this resulted in the formula not self-leveling as well, which is why the outer edge of my lips has a bit of a darker, more opaque look.
They swatch less-than-ideal, but surprisingly, the color applied decently to my lips. It had semi-opaque, buildable coverage with a very lightweight, thin feel that was flexible enough not to feel as powdery or as thick as some liquid lipsticks (that dry to a matte finish) can feel like. Unfortunately, the thinness of the formula ensured that lip lines were emphasized. It wore well for six hours and felt non-drying over time.
