Icicle is a pale, bluish white with cool undertones and a frosted sheen. It had good pigmentation that applied evenly to the skin, though the shimmer particles seemed larger than normal for the brand's highlighter formula, so it emphasized my skin's natural texture quickly (even at medium coverage). The powder was drier and thinner, so it took a heavier hand/denser brush to achieve good coverage with a brush. It wore well for eight hours on me.
