NYX Ice Queen is a slightly cool-toned, very light white with a frost finish. It is a permanent highlighter that retails for $5.00 and contains 0.1 oz.

Editor's Review

Ice Queen is described as a "pearly pale white." It's a very light, cool-toned white with a frosted finish. It had semi-opaque coverage that was buildable to fully opaque color if desired, though it's likely a shade worn more diffused for most, so luckily, it blends out quite easily. It just slightly emphasizes pores if I'm not careful or don't buff it out enough. It lasted for eight hours on me. Cle de Peau Pastel (11) (P, $55.00) is less shimmery, darker. L'Oreal Ice (P, $12.99) is cooler. LORAC Shimmer Highlight (P, ) is less shimmery. See comparison swatches / compare dupes side-by-side.

This particular shade is very different to the other shades found in the contour kit. It is oddly hard, to the point where it almost comes off in flakes when you try to pick it up on a brush. It isn't very pigmented, which is fine for a highlight in my opinion, but it also wears off rather quickly. On its own it is perhaps one of the worst pressed products I've bought, which surprised me as the rest of the shades in the contour kit are quite alright. "Nectar" has a bit of the same texture problems as Ice Queen, but manages to still be usable. My only advice to make these two shades more workable is to scrape the top layer of them off.
