Anastasia C4 (Norvina Vol. 4) is a slightly cool-toned, medium-dark lavender with a satin finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow.

C4 (Norvina Vol. 4) is a medium-dark lavender with subtle, cool undertones and sparkle over a matte finish. It was extremely powdery, which resulted in a fair amount of fallout and a tendency to sheer out. It had to be used over a primer to achieve more buildable coverage (about semi-opaque, more diffused) but could look dry and emphasize my skin's natural texture. It lasted for seven hours before fading visibly.
