Chai is a light, peachy brown with warm undertones and a matte finish. The color payoff was opaque, while the eyeshadow had a smooth, silky consistency that was finely-milled and a smidgen powdery in the pan. It applied well to bare skin; the powder blended out well along the edges but didn't sheer out too readily. It lasted well for eight hours on me before I noticed any fading.
