Base is a soft, light-medium beige with warm, yellow undertones and a satin finish. It had good pigmentation with a soft, moderately powdery texture that was prone to fallout if I wasn't careful. I preferred to apply it before deeper shades if I was going to use it on my brow bone to avoid the lighter base interfering with crease shades. It wore well for seven hours on me.
