Five minutes or less for speediest... probably somewhere around two hours for longest! I'd say 20-30 minutes on average. . .

These days, I leave the house with just moisturizer on and no foundation (or tinted moisturizer!)! I do prefer to have foundation/tinted moisturizer, though. It just depends where I'm going :) . .
