Olivia Palermo Regalia Eyeshadow Palette Review & Swatches
Regalia
Olivia Palermo Regalia Eyeshadow Palette ($58.00 for 0.25 oz.) is a more jewel-toned theme quad with five shades with various levels of shimmer and one matte. The shimmer shades had more of a cream-powder feel as they had slip and some softness, which seemed to make them more prone to creasing overall. I felt like the textures and color story was more unusual compared to many other palettes on the market, which was a pleasant surprise!

Formula Overview
-
The eyeshadow formula is supposed to have "high coverage" while being "blendable and buildable" with being "long-lasting" and "non-drying." The majority of the shades had higher pigmentation, typically semi-opaque to opaque, while a few shades had more medium and buildable coverage.
The formula had more slip to it, as they often felt like cream-powder hybrids, which helped them look more "melted" and smoother when applied and blended out on bare skin. For those with oilier skin, a primer might be a necessith here as most shades had minor creasing after eight hours on me (whereas noticeable fading is more typical for me with eyeshadows at this mark).
The creaminess of the formula helped some of the more sparkly finishes adhere evenly and have more minimal fallout, but I wouldn't say it was "anti-fallout" per se.
The matte shades didn't have the cream-powder feel, but they had a more velvety, smooth, and non-powdery consistency that made them a pleasure to work with. These lasted eight hours before fading visibly.

What a beautifully moody and rich color story! This one is a showstopper. And something that I would actually save up for.
This is indeed a very pleasant surprise and I just love the autumn colour story here. I think this palette is beautiful and the muted shades, with that stunning rose gold colour are just perfect.
This is a really lush and elegant looking palette and if I could grab this locally, I’d be grabbing it (just like the earlier one you reviewed). I really love 4 of the shadows in this….which is why I think I’ve got some likely dupes and therefore don’t really need this little box of beautiful-ness.
The shadows look very nice and the package in perfect for travel. I wouldn’t use this as a ‘look’ palette, but more as an add on. I do like the smoky shimmer shades, particularly the blackened brown for fall/winter. At the same time, I’m not feeling a significant enough pull to purchase.
Beautiful palette. I love the jeweled toned autumn colors.
