Milani recently released some new products: Color Fetish Shine Lipsticks ($8.99 for 0.10 oz.) and Cherry Kiss Cream Blushes ($8.99 for 0.17 oz.). There were also two new shades added to the Baked Blush ($7.99 for 0.12 oz.) range earlier this year that I picked up. Here are swatches…

Whew! So much to love going on here! Love the Cocoa Felicita blush, Merlot Moment, too. And then Lingerie, Nylon, Tied Up and Bitten for the lip colors. My lips being the plummy liver color they are will likely disguise the less than smooth formula on Bitten, or so I’m hoping.

I picked up the two blushes and really like them. I thought Cocoa Felicita was going to be too dark but it’s a pretty brown blush that can be sheered out. Great blushes for the price. I may get one of the new cream blushes if they perform well.

My favorite lip color of this bunch is Bitten. Before I viewed the swatches I thought it was going to be too dark but it looks like a beautiful berry/plum color.

I was really excited to see these, as I have loved their Colour Statement range, but upon seeing the swatches – they look a little, well, sheer to me. And the names of the lipsticks have gone the NARS way too – a bit sleazy. So no.

Some of these look quite nice!
Although the shade names for the lipsticks are kind of eyeroll-inducing. Am I getting old? I’m definitely getting tired of “sexy” branding for no reason šŸ˜¬

No, I’m the same way. I used to laugh it off, now I just find it annoying. Surely there are better ways to name a product, but the direction the industry is going says otherwise. It’s so obnoxious.

I especially like the lighter toned cream blushes. I hope the formula is as good as it swatches: doesn’t lift up base, blends easily, and long-lasting.

Love the Milani baked blushes – I’m pretty sure I have all of them so far so I will definitely pick up the new ones. The lipsticks look pretty good, solid formula and the packaging looks interesting too.
