The formula is supposed to be pigmented, long-wearing, and blendable (for more on how it compares to the previous formula, check out this post). While it is part of the blush range, it could also be used as a bronzer, as it will (obviously!) add warmth to the skin. The texture was finely-milled with a silky, smooth feel to the touch, which translated into easier application and blending on the skin. It had excellent pigmentation, but that softer consistency made it versatile and more buildable depending on how much you applied. The reformulated version is slightly darker and richer than the original shade. The blush wore well for just over eight hours on me when I tried it out.

This is a nice shade! I appreciate its versatility, both because it could double as a bronzer and the fact that it’s buildable.
It is a more versatile shade!
This colour is everything!! I’m naturally always reaching for these kinds of shades, and I’m loving how versatile it can be!
Happy to hear you like this one!
Very summery color, looks gorgeous on you!
Thanks, Katherine!
Well, don’t I feel like a dodo bird, working my way backwards! As a direct result, I read, ooh-ed & ah-ed over the Clinique Amber Glow, and commented on it BEFORE seeing this!
This one has a more matte finish, but has the same warmer bronzey look to it that is so lovely on med. light thru dark tan tones that run warmer. And much cheaper, too!
lol, well, not your fault, that is how a blog goes!
Too orange for me but quite nice!
Totally understand, Erin!
