MAC Electric Rainbow, Rave Bunny, Pearly Girl Grand Illusion Liquid Lipcolours Reviews, Photos, Swatches
Electric Rainbow
MAC Electric Rainbow Grand Illusion Liquid Lipcolour ($21.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a bright, light-medium orange-coral with warm undertones and a green-to-gold shifting shimmer. It was almost like an electric coral as the base color was quite neon, though it wasn’t nearly as bright applied as the coverage was only semi-opaque. I could see the shimmer shift from warmer to murkier, greener as I moved, and that combined with the shiny finish made the color that sat in my lip lines less apparent in person. The gloss was moderately tacky but easy to spread across the lips. The tingling feeling was noticeable for 20 minutes, while the gloss stayed on well for four and a half hours and was neither drying nor hydrating.

Formula Overview
$21.00/0.17 oz. - $123.53 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to "wear evenly" with "megawatt colour" and have a "tingly, cooling sensation" that makes lips "fuller." The coverage ranged from shade to shade, though most were fairly pigmented, and some seemed more multidimensional than others (they seemed just shimmery/pearly). Some shades applied evenly while others were more uneven or pulled into lip lines.
The finish had a lot of shine and shimmer, so any unevenness/settling wasn't as apparent in person as it might appear in close-up photos. The consistency was smooth as it applied and developed a lot of tackiness within a minute or so of application, and the tingling lasted noticeably for 20-25 minutes on me. The glosses lasted between four and five hours on me and were comfortable to wear but was mostly non-drying.
They have a sweet, mint scent and subtle tingle and almost seemed to have a slightly sweet taste, but I couldn't tell as I felt like I was breathing in the sweet mint a bit from the scent alone.

Rave Bunny
MAC Rave Bunny Grand Illusion Liquid Lipcolour ($21.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a medium, pinky lavender with cooler, violet pearl that shifted from a bluer violet to a slightly warmer violet. The gloss had a medium weight to it and moderate tackiness, but it still spread fairly evenly across the lips, though there was a bit of color that gathered in my lip lines. It had smei-opaque pigmentation with good shimmer distribution. This shade lasted for four and a half hours on me and was neither drying nor hydrating.

Pearly Girl
MAC Pearly Girl Grand Illusion Liquid Lipcolour ($21.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a medium-dark plum with subtle, warm undertones and fine, lighter pink and violet pearl. There seemed to be slight sparkle to this one, too, which most shades did not have. The texture was medium in weight, tacky but not gluey, and comfortable to wear. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that applied evenly and did not seem to emphasize my lip lines. This shade wore well for five hours and was non-drying. The tingling sensation lasted for 25 minutes on me.

Very pretty shades and Electric Rainbow is quite a unique shade. Love it.
all 3 nice but Pearly Girl is the winner in my book.
I really wish I liked glosses — Electric Rainbow would be totally my thing.
If Electric Rainbow was being offered in a spring or summer collection, I’d be on that one! For winter, it just doesn’t have the right vibe for me, though.
Rave bunny! I have a lavender with a blue shift too but I never know what color eye goes with it. These are pretty.
