The Baked Blush-n-Brighten formula is supposed to be “smooth” and “long-wearing” with “a blend of rich, marbleized color.” This is one of the “Sugar-Free” versions of the formula, which seems to indicate less shimmer; I wouldn’t consider it totally matte, but it has a natural finish on the skin that looks like skin, and the more satiny finish is more forgiving–easier to blend and diffuse. It had semi-sheer coverage that was buildable to medium coverage, but it was one of the less pigmented shades in the range. The texture was lightly dusty, which didn’t look dry on my skin, but it did kick up some excess in the pan. Boysenberry wore well for seven and a half hours on me before fading.

Lovely!
It is!
I absolutely love the blush! It looks beautiful with your complexion. I am so glad I have similar’s skin and hair tone as you because it makes it easier pick shades. I do plan on going back to red hair very soon. ?
How red is red? 😀
I love bright copper but still believable. However, now I want a more of a reddish brown color ?
This looks like it would be a very flattering color for many people
I bet it would be!
I like it. I like that it’s almost matte but not matte.
Well-said, Erin!
I really, really like this one! Lately, more naturally occurring blush shades have been appealing to me more often than not. Perhaps it’s that I’ve begun to notice more dryness of late, or the beginning of krinkling when I smile….ageing isn’t fun.
Ah! That is me with my eyes right now, lol!
This is such a stunning blush I have the Colourpop and Tarte one that you mentioned here and I absolutely love them. xo
Happy you have dupes!
A pretty, rosy colour and I like the finish. But I LOVE your eye look!
Thank you, Genevieve!
It’s a pretty color. I’m set with dupes.
Yay 🙂
