KIKO 111 Classic Rose Soft Touch Blush ($12.00 for 0.17 oz.) is a plummy copper with warm, reddish-orange undertones and a soft, frosted sheen. It had good pigmentation with a fairly soft, blendable consistency that ran a little firmer in the pan than ideal, but it didn’t seem to impact the overall application. This shade wore for seven hours before fading. Surratt Beauty De Cherubique (P, $32.00) is more shimmery, lighter, cooler (90% similar). MAC Stereo Rose (LE, $34.00) is more shimmery (90% similar). FORMULA OVERVIEW | KIKO Soft Touch Blush ($12.00 for 0.17 oz.) is supposed to be a “radiant and highly pigmented blush” with “long lasting colour.” It’s a powder blush that has a thinner, fairly smooth, blendable texture that ranges from semi-opaque to mostly opaque coverage. Most shades are matte to satin with the more matte shades still having a natural-looking finish to them (not flat or dry-looking applied). The wear has varied from six to eight hours depending on the shade.

Per readers comments, it appears these have been discontinued in some countries, though all shades except one appear to be available on the U.S. website. (It’s hard to tell if they’re just on sale, as they’re presently available for $3.90 a pop instead of $12, or if they are discounted to move, as I have seen KIKO do 30-50% off before.) I wasn’t intending to review these back-to-back but will be doing my best to get reviews out quickly in light of seeming to be discontinued. Readers have said the replacement is the Shade Fusion Trio Blush (which I haven’t tried, so I don’t know anything about), which would sure be a bummer, since it is more expensive and a trio of shades, so it is different enough that it doesn’t seem like a true replacement to me (boo!).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Christine, thank you for putting out these reviews so quickly! I was *thisclose* to bailing on my no-buy for these since sales are basically my biggest weakness, but I am actually going to take a breath and pass. I don’t need a drawer full of “ok” blushes, I will wait for something worth it!

Typos? Makeup in one pic is not CP Where the night is. Dupes questionable. First looks like OC from UD. Texture close up does not seem smooth. You said they feel like any powder blush. These day different. Which is it? Interested to buy for gifts.

I can only put it one description for the makeup, so I put in the one I knew for sure πŸ™‚ I couldn’t get all the KIKO blushes on my cheeks in one go (my cheeks were red, there were too many), so I did take a few photos on other days. I was originally planning to review one by one, but with the possible discontinuation of these, I have to get them out faster and so they are a little more jumbled up than I had planned. My apologies!

I don’t think it is like OC at all – that is a duochrome that shifts to a sallow yellow, and this is your typical pink-coral + gold shimmer, very much NARS Orgasm etc. I felt the dupes were pretty much on target, personally, to my eye (which is, unfortunately, all I can go on). I look at the dupes all side-by-side, and they are all very similar with varying degrees of warmth and/or shimmer. As I mentioned above in the review, I addressed texture of both shades – just check out the review for details as the beginning is a general overview of the formula, but as I typically do, I go in-depth and give you information for a specific shade! xo

I get it now! Hey: red cheeks can match ND eye! Why stop? ? Update: Dior addict ultra gloss pre order not working on Ebates. ? You need massage and face mask after all this! The pain is real. Blog should cover medical costs. Or just blame ND. Ever feel time was wasted?

No, I don’t, because saying time is wasted by writing a review for a product that isn’t good would say that only good products deserve the time – but reviews are important because we need all the information, good or bad, in order to gain real insight from them πŸ™‚ Sure, when a product is consistently bad, then it can get monotonous, but it is important to do my best to give them the same attention to detail when they’re great as I do when they’re so-so as when they’re mediocre.

I really hope these aren’t actually DC’d, because so far I really like Classic Rose and Natural Pink! I had not given this brand any serious attention until now. But am liking what I’ve seen from them so far!

They have some nicer neutrals – and I like that there are more satins in the range. It definitely seems to be gone in other countries πŸ™

I gave up. Kiko keep sending sale emails. Not sure they know what’s going on. Sadder news: Saks cart in Ebates hacked. ? Please pass brownies Lasagna. Project pan a gogo. You like classic rose and natural pink. Combine. Get 1 Awesome blush. Charlotte Tilbury First Love. No BS there. It is available. You can slap yourself for a beat face. There is great eye to go with. Refer: ND orchid plums Sorry I’m makeup mad. Damn Ebates! Is your hair long? Looks like. It be fun to play makeover on Temptalia participants by face plate and post πŸ˜€ Happy Valentine’s Day late! Blue is pretty! You kick!

Dayum Saks and Ebates!!!! That’s terrible! My pan this week is homemade gluten free banana bread from scratch, good, but brownies or pumpkin bread (cake!) sounds more soothing to the soul. I’ll have to check out CT’s First Love or MAC Blushbaby or something along the lines of a nice, neutral everyday type of blush. And yep, my hair is long! It’s past my bra strap. 6 Years ago I began a medical treatment for my Crohn’s disease, and lost half of the hair on my head! The nurses in the infusion center and my Doc told me to use a high dose of Biotin, because sometimes ppl got their hair back doing that. Well it sure worked once it kicked in! (I need to put a better face avatar up!)

Lol! Dayumm! πŸ™‚ Melba is so pretty! Everyone I know that used this all looked good! Magical. And can be bought by pan:bonus. I was so bye Felicia the other day. I apologize to Temptalia and Christine for repeating myself. Think I did. Shameful. ? Shopping cart struggle on a bad day. So I’m in for gluten free banana bread! Feel the soul food too. I avoid gluten. Nancy: Crohn’s?! ? I’m very sorry to hear this. Do you still struggle? So debilitating! ? I feel bad you went through that and hair loss. That doesn’t make you feel better! Oh Nancy. Biotin helped! ☺️ Wonderful! Could tell long hair because I put mine up Used to seeing the up look lol My mom struggles depression Losing hair is Scary. We tried every product existing could find then found they are dangerous Then special seaweed Everything. Bank done. Nothing work Sad! ? Real reason:All at sudden she sees her shrink to hear oh Medication taking has -1% people experience lose hair fall! Nothing work because was medicine! ? Aging Hating life Loss weight Lose hair? No info about Rx ever? I’ll say Dayum now. πŸ™‚ Anything mess with a woman’s hair and health? Anything mess with a woman: No! Glad yours grew back! Moms back She’s doing better now refuses healthy way but I get to her sometimes! You’re strong! Dayum πŸ™‚ That blush should come to you! Whats a girl gotta do? I hope you are well and Enjoy bread! Thank you for sharing πŸ™‚

Again, gorgeous blush colours – it is a shame that the golden peach wasn’t as good as the other one. Love your looks Christine, especially with that lovely berry lip stick colour.

I have several dupes of Golden Peach so I’m covered there. Although not exact dupes, I have plenty of soft roses.
BTW, love the makeup in both photos but am really crazy about the peach blush eye makeup.

I’m soooo late in my newsletter reading that I just commented on a previous article about kiko blush to tell you to get Golden Peach, sorry for that lol
It’s the only one I have and I love it πŸ˜€ Personnally, I had no problem with the wear, but since i’m Pale (yup with a capital P), maybe it is easier for it to stay on me? Anyway it looks gorgeous on you too ! πŸ˜€
