Jouer Skinny Dip Powder Highlighter Review, Photos, Swatches

Skinny Dip
Jouer Skinny Dip Powder Highlighter ($24.00 for 0.16 oz.) is a light-medium, peachy copper with warm undertones and fine pink, gold, and copper pearl. It had a high-shine finish that was very reflective on the skin and was just shy of pore-emphasizing territory. The consistency was incredibly smooth–almost cream-like as it was denser, creamy, forgiving, and blendable but never kicked up excess powder in the pan. The highlighter wore well for eight and a half hours on me before fading.

Formula Overview
$24.00/0.16 oz. - $150.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to be "long-wearing, highly pigmented" and have a "radiant finish." They are semi-opaque to opaque typically with a denser, creamier consistency that doesn't have any powderiness or dustiness to it. The powders apply well to bare skin, blended out easily, and tend to have a stronger, metallic sheen--definitely a more intense highlighter. They lasted between eight and nine hours on me.

Ooh, love this! Stunning. Definitely want to get this, I don’t have a dupe for this!
Woohoo! 🙂
Stunning shade! Especially with that golden shift to it! Jouer is truly tempting me with these new products. I’m feeling inextricably pulled towards the eyeshadow palette full of metallic goodness. Trying to be good and wait for your review first, but with 2 separate 20% offer codes, that’s getting very difficult!
The sheen on this was quite nice!
Nancy, I know the Derm Store is doing the 20%. Who is the second retailer offering 20% off? I also am trying to be good, but this collection is really calling to me!
It is Dermstore! But I have 2 codes, not ? that they’ll let me use both, though?
wow, stunning!!
Agreed!
This shade is beautiful. Jouer makes really pretty highlighters at a great price.
Their price point is really reasonable for higher-end makeup!
Really pretty on you Christine and I love that lip gloss on you too.
Thank you, Genevieve!
I got this and it is so pretty!!I love the Jouer highlighters I have Topaz,Rose Quartz,Citrine, and Frostbite.I think this one is my favorite of all the ones I have. The sheen these highlighters give off is just the perfect amount.
Oh, I’m so thrilled you’re loving yours, Dominique!
This looks so lovely on you, Christine. I love the look of it, but I think it would be a supershimmery blusher on me. I might get one of the others, though. I really like, and think I want quite a few of the ithems in the summer collection.
Beautiful. I didn’t realize there would be so many dupes. This is one shade that has little representation in my collection. Hmm…
Is there maybe a reason why it’s not represented well? Perhaps it’s not a good shade for you? Trying to help with temptation 😉
I think this would probably read too orange on me.
It is very warm-toned!
Do you think this would be too dark for an NC20? 😀
I am around NC20, FYI.
