Dior Ultra Gloss in Little Red Dress, Twin Set Pink, & Satin Peach Review, Photos, Swatches
Dior Ultra Gloss in Little Red Dress, Twin Set Pink, & Satin Peach
Today, I’ve got three more shades of Dior Ultra Gloss ($26.50 for 0.21 oz.) to show you! I reviewed these in full detail here, but to recap:
PROS: Non-sticky, moisturizing, glossy, dazzling shimmer (not gritty glitter)
CONS: Lasts less than two hours, so you’ll need to reapply
For the most part, Ultra Glosses definitely run on the sheerer side, but Little Red Dress is much more pigmented than the other six shades I’ve tried. Satin Peach is a better version of NARS’ Orgasm lipgloss in my opinion, as it’s more moisturizing with a glossier finish.
- Little Red Dress (856) is a brightened, cherry red with golden shimmer. It’s nearly opaque on my lips, and it’s impressively opaque for a lipgloss.
- Twin Set Pink (157) is a semi-sheer champagne-nude with champagne and gold micro-shimmer.
- Satin Peach (236) is a sheer milky beige with a slight pinkyness to it and golden-peach micro-shimmer.

Recommendation: If love sheer, non-sticky lipgloss, Dior Ultra Gloss is exactly that. And if you don’t mind reapplying every two hours or so, I think you’d really like these.

Althought the package is cute, I think it’s a weak product… especially regarding the colours…
How does little red dress compair to MAC’s venetian?
A bit redder & more pigmented, but they are similar.
Thanks 🙂
I hate dior glosses. not lasts even an hour..
Wow Twin set Pink en Satin Peach are gorgeous!!
twin set pink is gorgeous on you! what a pretty neutral shade
Satin Peach and especially twin set pink look gorgeous on you, but I find red glosses to be terribly messy. Have some and not lovin’ them.
Pricey too…..
OMG I just loove love lovvvvve
the little red dress what a cutte red !
and the satin peach
I got the ultra gloss in 662 Flash and i absolutely love it. It feels non sticky at all and very creamy. Love it. Can’t wait to go back for more.
ooh, I like Little Red Dress. 🙂
Sadly, other two wouldn’t show up on me, especially Twin Set Pink.
LOVE the packaging on these — but so disappointing that they don’t last. I would probably buy if they had a longer lasting formula. I can put on MAC lipglass and have it last for 5 hours. I also love Chanel glossimers — if I’m going to spend that kind of money, I’ll probably stick with Chanel. Gorgeous colors and swatches, though!!
Michelle,
How do you keep your MAC lipglass on for 5 hours? It never lasts nearly that long on me!
I LOVE little red dress! I have Apricot Cloche… love these glosses! <3
I do love dior glosses..It is a pity they don’t last at all!
Satin Peach is my favourite! ~
I have the glosses in Negligee Pink, Twin Set, and Satin Peach. They are all lip nurturing, moisturizing, and soothing. (Sorry, MAC, you always dry my lips out.) After a day of wearing one of these glosses, my lips feel and look baby soft. Seeing as I’m 61, that’s quite an accomplishment! It’s true that the glosses only wear a couple of hours, but the smooth, full, soft look they achieve makes reapplication worth the effort.
your cheeks looks so glowy! which blush are you wearing in the pics?
Make Up For Ever #5 Aqua Cream!
these shades are very nondescript, pretty but nothing special. It’s that packaging that makes these special! it’s always more fun to whip out a tube of dior rather than something from the drugstore.
what blush combination are you using in the gloss looks for satin peach and twin set pink?
Make Up For Ever #5 Aqua Cream 🙂
If you had to choose between these glosses and the chanel glossimers which would you choose?
Glossimers myself. These are pretty and feel nice on lips, but they don’t last long.
