Dior Rose Delights (364) Rouge Blush Review & Swatches
Rose Delights (364)
Dior Rose Delights (364) Rouge Blush ($44.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a medium-dark pink with moderate, warm undertones and cooler flecks of micro-sparkle over a satin finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out with little effort.
The powder was finely-milled, smooth, and dense but not stiff, which meant it picked up readily with a brush and could be used with more feathery brushes or denser brushes as desired. While it was more sparkly, a lot of the sparkles didn’t seem to translate during application, so it appeared more satin-like overall. It wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Formula Overview

The formula is supposed to have a "silky" and "lightweight" texture that's long-wearing and have "buildable" intensity. The blushes had a smooth, lightweight consistency that was finely-milled, though not as silky as I would have expected, without being too powdery nor too firmly-pressed into the pan.
The majority of the shades I tested had medium, buildable pigmentation that was hard to over-do but could definitely be intensified for higher coverage if desired. They applied evenly and blended out without issue, and they seemed to sit well on my skin with a semi-matte finish or higher. The more shimmery shades were still more low-level and had a sheen rather than overt shimmer that yielded a more metallic finish.
On my skin, most of the hues I trialed lasted eight hours before showing signs of fading. There was a soft, floral scent to the powders.

Very pretty, but I do not grab pink blushes often enough to warrant HE cost.
Really beautiful shade.
What Genevieve said….very, very pretty. Also very, very pricey and I’m more than awash in pink blushes. I don’t even know quite why I purchased the last one I bought!
This is so pretty! For me I would love it cooler, and I doubt I’ll ever buy a blush at the cost of this, but I can, and do enjoy watching the photos and reading the reviews. And one can dream, right!
