Trickles

ColourPop Trickles Pressed Powder Highlighter ($8.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a light-medium lavender with warm, pink undertones and a cool, violet pearl. It had semi-opaque coverage, which was somewhat buildable, but the texture was incredibly dense and tended to apply unevenly as the product clumped up on the skin. It was actually a powder that applied better with a synthetic brush or fingertips rather than a natural hair, fluffy brush as it needed more to break up and smooth out the powder. The highlighter stayed on well for eight hours on me before fading.

Formula Overview

$12.00/0.21 oz. - $57.14 Per Ounce

The powder highlighter is supposed to have a "high-shine" finish with "high colour intensity." In general, ColourPop's pressed highlighter powders have a smooth, moderately dense texture that was soft enough to be picked up easily by a brush but not kick up any powder in the pan. The formula was semi-opaque to opaque but easily sheered out for less shine and coverage if desired. There were a few shades within the range that emphasized my skin's natural texture slightly but most did not. The wear ranged from seven and a half hours to nine hours.

Weird, my Trickles has blue glitter in it. I thought it might be the kind that would just buff away when applied but it doesn’t, it is noticeable blue glitter on the face, its very fine but its there. I don’t hate it but I doubt I’ll get much use out of it.

I got this and I hateeeeeeee it. Probably the only colourpop cosmetics products I have gotten and been disgusted by how bad it is. Highly upset about this one. Turns me off their limited edition cra in the future

Pity, but I’m set for highlighters for now. I do like the colour.

I’ve been away for some time, I had to change PC some time ago and I couldn’t log in. I tried to reset the password a couple of times, but I still couldn’t log in.
I’m back on my old laptop and I still can’t. 🙁

Christine, any idea why?
