ColourPop Chill Pill Luster Dust Loose Highlighter ($7.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a light pink with subtle, warm undertones and multi-colored pearl. It had more of a "matte" base powder and finer pearl, so it ended up having a more subtle finish than the original Luster Dusts. I think anyone who prefers a soft glow will find it to their liking, but if you want something intense or shiny, look elsewhere. It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation when I swatched it on my arm, but when I applied it with a tapered highlighting blush, just one tap into the pot seemed to yield semi-opaque coverage.
I find that this formula applies more intensely on my cheeks, which are less dry, compared to my arm, which is drier. This particular shade was one where that was most certainly true, and my guess was due to the more powdery/matte base. The consistency worked well on my cheeks and blended out easily and left behind a subtle, pinkish glow (just one pat of product in the face photo!). It wore well for eight and a half hours on me before fading.
