ColourPop On My Mind Super Shock Cheek Review, Photos, Swatches
On My Mind
ColourPop On My Mind Super Shock Cheek ($8.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a soft, medium pinky-peach with warm undertones and a pearly sheen. It had semi-sheer coverage that was buildable to medium coverage when applied with a brush and medium to semi-opaque, buildable coverage when applied with fingertips. The texture felt smooth to the touch, yielded when pressed, but it was thin and easy to work with as it dried to a powder-like finish quickly (but remained blendable around the edges after it dried down). This particular shade looked more like a highlighter on my skin tone but could work as a blush on fairer complexions. It wore well for nine hours on me.

Formula Overview
$10.00/0.15 oz. - $66.67 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "buildable" coverage and can be applied with fingertips (which will yield "higher coverage") or a brush (for sheerer coverage). It's a cream-based product that has a subtle, "wet" feel to it but never has the thickness of a true cream-based blush.
It goes on with the smoothness of a cream formulation but diffuses and blends (without lifting up one's base) more like a powder product. The product sets to a powder finish, so the product won't slide around during the day.
On me, the wear tends to be between eight and 10 hours. Most shades have medium, buildable pigmentation with some being semi-opaque to opaque on occasion. They are typically blendable, easy to use, and long-wearing.

You know, all these reviews where you are wearing Rebel are what convinced me to finally order it!!
YAY!
It’s very nice looking when actually worn compared to arm swatches! I’m quite surprised at how much more glowy it applies to your cheeks.
My kind of color!
This is so pretty! I would like it as a blush.
Very nice, so subtle but really enhancing.
Was searching today for dupe for Urban Decay Hush (which was LE in the Gwen Stefani palette) and found this. I added it as a dupe (based on your swatches only) and I will be heading to Ulta to see if they have Color Pop available in my store. I’d use as a light “everyday” type of blush, if it works. I don’t want to use up my Hush in that palette – I had no idea when I got it that Hush would be such a good color for me.
