ColourPop It's a Mood Mega Palette Swatches
ColourPop It’s a Mood Mega Palette is a new, 30-shade palette for fall with a mix of warmer, more orange neutrals, greens, blues, and muted purples. There are three Pressed Glitters, one Pressed Pigment, and 26 Pressed Powder Shadows included in the palette.
The palette launches on September 2nd at 10AM PT. Currently, ColourPop is doing 25% off sitewide, and I think that sale will continue through when the palette launches, so affiliate codes (mine is TEMPTALIA for 10% off, generally) won’t be your best deal.
It’s nice to see these autumnal tones get a moment, especially since a lot of past palettes in this mega format have been more neutral-leaning (which makes sense to me). Does this new palette pique your interest? How do you feel about these larger palettes?
Love it! Want it ASAP! I actually prefer these larger palettes, although I’ve purchased the recent quad releases due to their excellent quality.
I feel like I’m placing ColourPop orders on a weekly basis which is a bit disturbing.
It’s available now AND 25% off. Just placed (another) ColourPop order.
Same LOL 🤦♀️
I like it but I am not sure if it is for me if that makes sense.
This is one of the most beautiful color stories I’ve ever seen in a large palette!
I like the colors, but I’m not a fan of table sized palettes. I wish they had made them into 9 pans like your photos.
Overall a quite interesting grungy colour story for the fall season. A pity that they insisting in ruining the nice scheme with that awful loose glitters though.
It definitely DOES look like a lovely palette (minus those pesky pressed glitters)! Great for someone who has the space and/or the need for many different hues. I’m just not her, though.
I really like this. And I think there is something fun about these larger palettes. I truly wish there were not 3 pressed glitters. Sabotages the rest of the pallette I think.
Are pressed glitters cheaper to make than regular shadow? I feel like colourpop is beating a dead horse with them. So unnecessary.
From what I’ve heard, yes, pressed glitters are much cheaper to manufacture than regular shadows. So I think it says a lot about ColourPop’s priorities that they keep including them.
Thanks Gracie! Interesting point.
I really like the overall color story but irritated that they continue to put glitters into these large palettes.
I love the shade Oblivion and look forward to seeing what dupes you come up with. It’s too bad they aren’t doing anything with their single shadow range.
Yes to Oblivion and to the dupes. I had/loved a cashmere sweatshirt style sweater in just that color. It’s like the black hole of green and I love it.
I just need a dupe for “For a Nite.”
Very beautiful and I love how they’re arranged in the palette! I bet I can dupe most of them, though, so I will hold off on this one.
I ordered this because grabby hands, and I’ll be depotting the glitters and giving them to a bestie who just loves that stuff. I’ll fill those spots with complimentary shades and call it a win!
A couple of nice shades here, but definitely not enough for me to buy this mega sized palette. I really don’t like the big sizes anymore – to hard to store for one thing.
The inclusion of the brand’s favourite PET glitter is not inspiring either – such a mistake.
The swatches look good, except for the glitter ones, but I think your version of these shades Christine, are infinitely better.
I like echoes, stormy and for a nite but aside from that this isn’t a must buy for me.
I think they knocked it out of the park with this palette. The colors are a perfect combination to be used over and over again and keep you coming back for more. If I were to be in the market for a new palette this would tick all my boxes and I’m not a huge Color Pop fan.
Why the pressed glitters? The ruin it for me. I honestly wouldn’t know what to do with them. Not use near the eyes, that’s for sure.
There are a few shades in this palette that I do like, I hope I have dupes, if not I might get a single to dupe the colours I do like.
I don’t mind larger palettes, I have quite a few of them, but I prefer smaller ones, up to 15 shades.
